Fred Collins has done appraisals for divorce proceedings for over 10 years. My appraisals have been sought by attorneys on both sides as my work is both fair and thorough. I have also been retained as an expert witness and have testified in trials and hearings about real estate values and have assisted my clients (attorneys) to show the court when biased appraisals have been done for the other side!
